CORN TELETHON is a 12 hour live-stream fundraiser event hosted by Siri Dahl and friends. Join our diverse group of entertainers, comedians, and musicians to regale and raise money for a great cause. This event will be livestreamed on October 15th, 2024 on the Siri Dahl Twitch and YouTube channels.
100% of profits from the event will be split between SWOP LA (Sex Workers Outreach Project Los Angeles) and the establishment of a grant fund to support new and existing journalism initiatives to better communicate sex worker issues.

CORN TELETHON will also make clear that Project 2025 is bad—of course—but also a lot of laws that pertain to privacy, porn and sex work already on the books are not great, and not just for sex workers.
The cheeky (but ultimately safe-for-work) stream will be hosted by Siri and a rotating group of friends, and be presented in the style of a classic Jerry Lewis telethon. It will land somewhere between USA's Up All Night, an episode of Hee Haw and an Elvira special. Due to its proximity to Halloween, there will be costumes and spooky season homage galore.
The idea for the event came when Siri and co-founder Alex Steed realized that with all the talk of Project 2025 being big, ominous and scary, very few elected officials were speaking to the threats posed to sex workers, who are already vulnerable due to a number of flawed laws and taboos that persist regarding recreational sex and sex work. And fewer still were speaking to how policies like those posed by Project 2025, and already existing legislation, poses a substantial threat the privacy of all Americans.

Lacking representation from elected officials brave enough to take these stands, we recruited the help of friends in the entertainment industry (both folks with backgrounds in porn and "mainstream" entertainers alike) to bring awareness to the dangerous issues while telling jokes, singing songs, offering giveaways, and having fun in the way the entertainers we grew up watching on screens grew up back in the television age.
With a healthy dollop of nostalgia, this event will entertain, inform, and raise funds for a great cause.

Siri Dahl is an award-winning adult film performer as well as a writer, social media personality, and sex workers rights activist. She has appeared in more than 200 films since 2012. In 2023, Siri appeared in the Netflix documentary film Money Shot: The Pornhub Story, where she spoke about her experiences in the adult film industry.
Alex Steed is a podcaster (You Are Good), photographer, activist and producer based in Los Angeles, California. He believes that most authoritarian policies are born of cultures that feels shame and awkwardness about sex. He is grateful for the folks who are supporting this initiative.
Madelynn Britt is the lead producer and logistical glue that is making this ship sail. She is mighty, sea-worthy, and formidable. At present, she lives in Austin, TX but we are trying our damndest to get her to move to Los Angeles.
